A lovely collection of photos, Rick. I love foggy conditions, too, but we don't seem to get much of it where I live in Essex. I'm not sure if one exists but someone should produce a reliable "Fog Predictor" app. I know some weather / climate apps offer data that can suggest the possibility of fog but I've tried them and they're far from reliable.....
Pleasure. Totally agree about the fog, I just never seem to be able to catch it at the moment! Looking to explore Norfolk a bit more now I’ve got another camera and am only up the road in Lincs! Hope you’re well matey!
Fog on the Delta, Coast Salish territory southwest coat of BC Canada. Fog is a big part of why I love living here. We see blankets of fog often.
An Indigenous elder told me that the reason herons stand on the water's edge with one leg bent the knee joint dispurses the fog to facilate fishing :))
Fog is one of my favourites for my work too, it's perfect. Mind you we dont get it often in the Cotswolds either, and when we do it doesn't last long. There's the other thing too of course which is that if there's fog, and I can think of somewhere which would look great...I never feel like driving there..in the fog...
Beautiful images. I too love shooting in fog/mist. It adds such a nice element to a scene. Last year I awoke to a blanket of fog outside the house and immediately headed out to the local horse farm, just ten minutes away. Got some wonderful images.
Your work is fab Rick. Happy to follow your impressions.
Thank you

Thanks Paul. I haven’t found a reliable app yet but I keep looking.
A great selection of images. I love a bit of fog too.
Thank you
I love what you had to say about the fog and mist. "What’s not seen becomes just as important as what is."
Such a romantic way to think about shooting in "bad" weather. ♥️
Thank you
It's got that something special, it sure does. Cheers Rick~
Thanks Hanz
Fog feels like magic. I love your photos too.
Thank you
Beautifully atmospheric Rick, the whole set is stunning.
Thank you very much Matt.
Wonderful images, Rick.
Thank you mate.

All good here mate. Didn’t realise you were in Lincolnshire now.
Yeah mate, moved over to be closer to family and better schooling for my lad.

Love this work😍
Thank you
Just fantastic! I'm so envious that you chase fog! It's also rare here and usually appears when I'm on my way to work.
Thank you Rachel.
There's a richness to these images, depth. Density?
Thank you
These are lovely images! Keep doing the fog-thing, I enjoy it very much!
Thank you
